Roof gutters – designed to collect rainwater from the roof and transport it to ground level where it is usually dispersed into the ground via a soakaway.
These gutters are typically made from plastic but cast iron and aluminium are also popular.
Gutters in the UK are small compared to those used by our European or American neighbours and thus they tend to become blocked much more easily. The culprits are usually roof moss, leaves and twigs etc which clog not only the gutters but also the rainwater downpipes.
Valley View Landscapes use a powered access platform to clear blocked gutters. We offer a competitive priced service and can access gutters as high as 12.5 metres as long as there is sufficient access through gates of 0.9 metres (3 feet) and operating area of 3 meter square.
